The site uses no cookies and no advertising, builds no profiles and sells no data. The little that stays in your browser is explained on the cookies page.
We count visits with Umami, running on our own server. It records the page, the page you came from, the browser, the operating system, the device type, the language and the approximate country. It uses no cookies and does not store your IP address. It tells us which parts of the site are useful; the basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Statistics are kept for 24 months.
Your answers stay in your browser until you press “Send”. If you send, we receive only what you see in the form: the seven answers, the result, the workflow name, your email, the note if you write one, the language, the date and a technical ID. It is stored on our server, and Volo receives the content through Telegram. We use it only to reply to you and prepare the scope; the basis is your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is kept for 12 months from the last contact.
If you write to hello@theprotocol.es, the mail is handled by Google (Google Workspace). We use your message only to reply to you.
The site fonts are served from our own server. When a page opens, your browser does not connect to Google for them, so Google does not receive your IP address for this reason. The fonts set no cookies.
The server records technical request data, including the IP address, for security and troubleshooting. The retention period for these logs will be confirmed before the site is published.
Our server is in Germany, inside the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH). Google and Telegram may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own privacy policies.
For a Protocol Map we ask only for what one workflow needs, redacted if that is enough, and never for admin credentials to start. We do not publish a client’s materials or use them as proof without permission.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hello@theprotocol.es. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
