How an engagement with The Protocol works today. Every engagement is closed with a written scope; if this page and the scope differ, the scope prevails.

Who provides the service

Volodymyr Soroka, Valencia. The NIF and address will be published upon self-employment registration, November 2026. Contact: hello@theprotocol.es. The service is for companies and professionals.

What a Protocol Map is

A reconstruction of one real, agreed workflow, built from evidence and reviewed by a person before any implementation. Price: EUR 490 per workflow; VAT, where it applies, is stated in the scope and on the invoice. Implementation is not included: if you want it, it is agreed separately.

How it is bought

Written scope for one workflow → EUR 490 payment → evidence → Protocol Map → your review and acceptance. Nothing is bought on the site: the Fit Check is free and buys nothing.

What you provide

The materials you have, reasonably accurate and only those needed; redacted if that is enough. No admin credentials are needed to start; if access is needed later, it is justified and agreed separately.

What you receive

A Protocol Map ready for a decision. It may recommend implementing nothing. It is not a certification or legal or compliance advice, and it guarantees no savings, ROI or commercial result.

Using the Map

You may use the Map inside your company and give it to whoever implements it. The method, templates and system of The Protocol remain ours.

Timing, changes and cancellation

These are set in the written scope of each engagement.

Governing law

Spanish law. Nothing on this page limits the rights the law gives you.
