From one conversation to an accepted decision.

If you replied to our message or finished the Fit Check, here is the whole path: what you receive, in what order, and when you pay.

See the five steps

What you receive

One human-reviewed object, about one real workflow.

PROTOCOL MAP / EXAMPLEILLUSTRATIVE — NO CLIENT DATA

B2B ONBOARDING

The CRM says “Active”. Is that enough to grant paid access?

Governing source

SOURCE READ · ILLUSTRATIVE EXCERPTGOVERNING AGREEMENT · signature_status: signedGOVERNING AGREEMENT · signature_status: incompleteGOVERNING AGREEMENT · no data

VERDICT
GOGO WITH BOUNDSINSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE
PROPOSED DECISION
Activate paid access: the governing source supports it.Prepare onboarding, yes. Activate paid access, not yet.Do not grant paid access based on the CRM alone.
HUMAN BOUNDARY
A person confirms the activation. Nothing outside the scope is activated.A person resolves the conflict. Nothing is activated automatically.Nothing is activated. A person asks for the governing source before deciding.
ACCEPTANCE
Access active and checked by an independent readback.Signed agreement + independent readback of access. Not set: there is not enough data yet to know what would count as accepted.
  • Supported The signed agreement confirms what the CRM says.
  • In conflict The CRM says “Active”, but the agreement is not signed.
  • Unknown There is no agreement to read. There is no data, and the Map says so.

Synthetic example. Not a diagnosis or a client Map.

Change the source: the Map changes with it.

Evidence What your documents, messages and data support today. What conflicts and what is still unknown, marked as such.

Decision The decision that follows from that evidence, with its verdict.

Boundary What may be automated, what stays with a person and what must not happen.

Acceptance What evidence will count as an accepted result, so you can check it yourself.

Implementation is not included: if you want it, it is agreed separately, with its own scope.

The path

Five steps. You decide at each one.

    You
You share the agreed material, nothing more.
    Us

  5. Protocol Map and acceptanceYou receive the Map, we review it together and you accept it against the criteria set in the scope.
    You
You review the Map and accept it against the scope criteria.
