THE PROTOCOL / BEFORE YOU HIRE, BUY OR AUTOMATE

Make one critical workflow legible before adding people, software, automation or AI.

We reconstruct how it actually works — evidence, decisions, ownership, handoffs, exceptions and accepted outcome — and return a human-reviewed Protocol Map.

Evaluate a workflow
Optional: see the route in four actions
  1. 01Name one repeatable workflow.
  2. 02Answer the free Fit Check.
  3. 03Send the local result for human review.
  4. 04Decide the next step after suitability.

THE HIDDEN REVIEW QUEUE

The founder still carries three jobs.

Definition: what good means. Acceptance: what closes the work. Memory: what survives the handoff.

A DECISION, NOT A DECORATIVE SCORE

A workflow must say when AI may act, wait or stop.

A number is useful only when it explains the next controlled action.

VISIBLE SIGNALS

A defensible decision stands on evidence, owner, control and recovery.

If any of these is unknown, the right action may be to pause rather than automate faster.

ONE REAL WORKFLOW

Read the workflow before prescribing the tool.

The Protocol maps the input, owner, decision, human gate and accepted result.

AGENCY BEFORE AUTOMATION

AI advances only inside an explicit boundary.

Context source, authorization, owner, verification and rollback must be visible before external action.

ONE REAL WORKFLOW → PROTOCOL MAP → EUR 490

One workflow becomes a decision-ready Protocol Map.

EUR 490 covers one real workflow and a human-reviewed Protocol Map. Scoped separately after the Map if the evidence justifies building.

WHAT YOU KEEP

The output is a usable operating asset, not an opaque score.

You receive the route, decision criteria, named owners and evidence required to accept the result.

OWNERSHIP ECONOMICS

You own the Map and the evidence route.

The workflow does not disappear into a black box. Your team can read, challenge and use the artifact after the engagement.

ILLUSTRATIVE PROTOCOL MAP

Every AI action belongs to a route with an owner and controls.

This is an explanatory specimen, not a client case study.

NO INVISIBLE JUMPS

From responsible owner to accepted result.

The route records the input, draft, human decision, limited action, proof and exception path.

PROGRESS IS EVIDENCE

Improve the same workflow, then reassess it.

Progress is clearer ownership, safer boundaries and more reliable acceptance - not more AI activity.

WHERE VALUE LEAKS

The leak rarely lives in a single tool.

It sits between signal, memory, decision, owner and verification. That is why a faster draft can still create a slower company.

THE REAL AI QUESTION

The question is no longer whether to use AI. It is whether the workflow can hold it.

More output without a route creates a larger founder review queue.

AGENTIC WEB READINESS

An agent may act only where the product, authorization and acceptance boundary are explicit.

The Protocol is designed for readable routes and controlled actions, not autonomous activity for its own sake.

TRUST LAYER

Real evidence, not compliance theatre.

Start with the minimum necessary context. Keep a human gate. Do not present private examples as public proof.

ACCEPTED RESULT

Done exists only when evidence proves the result.

A responsible person can accept it, the system retains the record and an exception can be escalated or reversed.

FIELD NOTES / FOUNDER-BUILT

The public work shows the route from research to decision.

Claims have sources, changes are visible and internal examples remain clearly labelled as internal.

Questions before deciding

The essential facts, without a larger promise than the work delivers.

Start with one real workflow. The Fit Check creates a local signal; a person reviews suitability before a next step is proposed.

What does EUR 490 cover?

A Protocol Map for one real workflow and a human-reviewed Protocol Map. Implementation and automation are scoped separately after the Map.

Do I need admin access?

Not to start. A workflow walkthrough and redacted material are usually enough for the first review.

Does the Fit Check send data automatically?

No. The result stays in this browser until you choose to send it for human review.

What happens after I send the result?

Suitability is reviewed. Only then is a written scope shared and, where appropriate, a next accepted step proposed.

FIRST CONTROLLED ROUTE

One workflow. Evidence-backed findings. Protocol Map.

ONE REAL WORKFLOW → PROTOCOL MAP → EUR 490. Scoped separately after the Map if the evidence justifies building.
