VOLO SOROKA · FOUNDER

The last “yes” still comes from a person.

The Protocol turns a workflow into evidence, boundaries and a decision someone can actually accept.

Today, that final review passes through me.

Not because the goal is to keep work manual. Because autonomy has to be earned on top of something we can verify.

02 · ACCEPTANCE BOUNDARY

I don’t operate your company.
I enter where the state of the work stops being obvious.

My work today happens at those changes of state. I don’t need to become the operator of your company. I need to reconstruct a workflow clearly enough to know what exists, what is missing and what decision is justified.

The Protocol Map is human-reviewed because, today, that final boundary still deserves explicit human judgement.

The human appears at the judgement boundary, not as a permanent operator.

03 · THE HUMAN GATE BECOMES SYSTEM

The goal is not to keep a human in every step.

The goal is to know exactly which steps still need one.

AI increases the capacity to produce.

Structure increases the capacity to delegate.

Evidence increases the capacity to trust.

More autonomy only has value when it does not destroy traceability, boundaries or responsibility.

For now, I am explicitly part of that boundary.

04 · TODAY / WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

The Protocol starts with one workflow.
It does not have to end there.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

  1. Persistent evidence
  2. Operating memory
  3. Decision boundaries
  4. Human / AI handoffs
  5. Acceptance as a state
  6. Next state

Today, The Protocol is a concrete way to make one workflow legible and put the result through human review. The direction is to turn that logic into a persistent operating layer: evidence, memory, boundaries and acceptance that survive an individual task.

PRODUCT DIRECTION
Not presented as functionality available today.

I’m building The Protocol around one simple idea: increase the capacity to act without losing contact with reality.

I don’t want a company to need more meetings, more dashboards or more “AI” just to know what is happening.

I want an important decision to rest on a route someone can read, verify and accept.
